By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has consented on your behalf.

The Site offers free online HTML5 games to play in the browser. Games are provided by their respective rights holders; we operate the catalogue and the player. Access to the Site is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

The Site is recommended for users aged 16 and older (per Russian Federal Law 436-FZ "On the protection of children from information harmful to their health and development"). Some games contain action, shooting, mild violence or other content not suitable for younger children.

Use by minors is permitted only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for monitoring the minor's use.

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly serve such children.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the Site in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

You may not:

• Circumvent technical measures protecting the Site or the games. • Copy, scrape, mirror or republish content from the Site. • Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the games or the player. • Manipulate vote counts, ratings or analytics by automated means or otherwise. • Use the Site to transmit malware, exploit vulnerabilities or perform denial-of-service attacks. • Use the Site for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. • Use the Site in violation of applicable export controls or sanctions.

The Playbuba name, logo, design and software are owned by us. The games are owned by their respective developers and publishers; we host and distribute them under appropriate licences.

You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Site and play the games on it for personal entertainment. No other rights are granted.

When you vote on a game (like or dislike), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that vote in aggregated ratings and statistics. We do not collect any other user-generated content (no reviews, comments or uploads at this time).

The Site and the games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for the content, behaviour, security or compatibility of the games hosted on the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or inability to use it, including loss of game progress, advertising revenue or data.

We may change these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The operator is Andrey Melnikov, individual entrepreneur (OGRNIP 322784700195980), registered in the Russian Federation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Site shall be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation at the location of the operator. For consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions where local law grants additional protections, those local rights remain unaffected.
